Phillip Clayton Meadows 74 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away Friday December 12 , 2014. He was born July 16 , 1940 in Braxton County, West Virginia. He also lived in Ohio , Australia and Belgium before moving to Arizona in 1975. Survivors include his wife of 42 years Alyce-Anna Achauer Meadows , son Andrew (Stephanie Brinkop) , daughters Jocelyn (Aaron) Hawley , Alyssa (Matthew) Sass , grandchildren Olivia and Hugo Meadows and Teagan Hawley, brother Keith (Patricia) of Elyria. He was preceded in death by his parents Emory W. in 1967 and Freda (nee Frame) Meadows in 2003. Phil was a loving husband , father , and grandfather and an active member of Shadow Rock Congregational Church in Phoenix. He will be dearly missed. Memorial Services were held in Arizona.
