Peter M. Wheeler 59, of Grafton passed away at home on Friday January 17, 2014 following a short illness. He was born April 28, 1954 in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Peter worked as an engineer in the information technology industry. He enjoyed spending time with his family, helping his friends, rescuing animals with Ziggy's Friends, tinkering with computers, and gardening. Survivors include a daughter; Christa C. Wheeler of Grafton, a sister; Sheila Ann Wheeler of Pemberton, NJ, three brothers; Timothy J. Wheeler (Lorry) of Stillwater, MN, Mark E. Wheeler (Terri) of Pemberton, NJ, and Bobby Joe Wheeler (Jeanmarie) of Meridian, ID. Peter was preceded in death by his parents; Burton and Cecelia J. (nee: Bobola) Wheeler. Funeral services will be private at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH. In honor of Peter, the family will be walking in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Berkshire County.
