Peggy A. Lamoreaux (nee: Vanche) 65, of Oberlin passed away at Mercy Allen Memorial Hospital in Oberlin on Monday March 17, 2014 following a long illness. She was born August 28, 1948 in Lorain. Peggy was a self employed hairdresser, and was a member of Church On The Northcoast in Lorain. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching TV, and collecting Precious Moments. Survivors include her husband of twenty seven years; Jim R. additional survivors include a son; Doug A. Futrall (Heather) of Elyria, four grandchildren, her mother; Viola Vanche of Elyria, three sisters; Kathy Aulisio (Nick), Alicia Rosenthal (Hubert) Beth Simboli all of Elyria, a brother; Alex "Chip" Vanche Jr. of Fairhope, AL. Peggy was preceded in death by her first husband; Larry Futrall, and her father; Alex Vanche Sr. Family will receive friends 5-8 PM Thursday March 20, 2014 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
