Paula J. Mitchell ( nee Hummel), 79, of Elyria passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Life Care Center of Elyria following a brief illness. She was born January 31, 1939 in Doylestown. Paula worked for Cloverleaf Jr. High School for many years. She enjoyed reading, bowling, traveling and spending time with family. Survivors include her daughter Linda Hoyt of Medina; sons Kenneth (Linda) of Elyria, Ronald (Tamara) of Royal Palm Beach,FL., and Dale (Mary) of Wellington,FL.; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother William (Carol) of Orville,OH. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2007; parents Paul and Wilma Hummel (nee Grimm).
