Paul Stephenson 78, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday May 25, 2014. He was born September 11, 1935 in Clay County, WV. Paul was a machine operator with USG/Donn Products and retired in 2001 following over thirty years of service. He treasured spending time with his family, watching Little League East Baseball from his backyard, listening to bluegrass music, hunting, and fishing. Survivors include his wife of fifty seven years; Naioma (nee: Carte) six daughters; Brenda Vaughn of Elyria, Shirley Holstein (Wesley) of Grafton, Connie Davis (Diana) of Elyria, Tracy Burnette of Elyria, Karen Shaffstall of LaGrange, Kelley Kinkoph of LaGrange, additional survivors include eighteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, six sisters; Nona Stephenson, Betty Stadler, Alice Gasparek, Frances Sizemore, Linda Rhodes, Inez Ard, four brothers; , John Stewart, William Stephenson, Arthur Stephenson, Dallas Stephenson. Paul was preceded in death by two daughters; Wilma Helbig, Nancy Christman, two sisters; Helen Pierson, Reva Kovaleski, two brother brother; Carl Stewart,Bernard Stephenson, and his parents; Howard and Gay (nee: Graham) Stephenson.
