Paul J. Schuster, 63, of Elyria passed away Sunday October 7, 2018 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake following a brief illness. He was born March 26, 1955 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria resident. Paul worked as a stocker at COSTCO in Strongsville, enjoyed playing golf, was an avid Cleveland Browns Football fan and was a member of the Elyria United Polish Club, Elyria Eagles, American Legion Post 12 and the V.F.W. Post 1079. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Nancy (nee-Steffanni); daughters, Nicole (Matt) Gerstacker and Britney Schuster; grandsons, Max and Sam; mother, Frances Schuster; sisters, Nancy Blackburn, Mary Ann (Don) Kuehn and Jean (Rick) Kohls; brothers, Michael Schuster, Tim (Rosie) Schuster, Larry (Karen) Schuster and Joe (Jessica) Schuster and a very large extended family. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Reep. A Memorial Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday October 13, 2018 at St. Jude Church 590 Poplar St., Elyria. The Rev. Fr. Frank P. Kosem will be the Celebrant. A Celebration of Paul's life will immediately follow Mass at the AMVETS Post 32, 11087 Middle Ave., Elyria. Burial will be private.
