Patricia Ann Gruntkowski, 72, of Elyria, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family from pancreatic cancer on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. She was born on December 31, 1952 to parents James K. Stevens and Mamie Roberts (nee: Harold) in Berea, Ohio. Patricia graduated from Keystone High School in 1971 and worked at Bendix and HKM. She was an avid reader, good listener, and animal lover. She was a follower of the Golden Rule, and a very charitable person. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Michael; daughters, Aubree Ann and  Sonya Maria Gruntkowski; granddaughter, Reanna Lynn; great-granddaughters, Oakley May and Stella Rae; step-sister, Susan Blossom. She is preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Jeannine Stevens; sisters, Barbara Giles and Lana Baker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at LCCC Norton Culinary Arts Center 1005 North Abbe Road in Elyria on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Burial will be private at a later date.
