Pamela Sue Brown (nee Dobbins), 61, of Oberlin passed away Monday, February 3, 2020 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. She was born March 30, 1958 in Oberlin and was a graduate of Oberlin High School. Pamela enjoyed reading, sewing, crocheting, cooking , quilting, but her greatest passion was as a foster mother to over 13 children. Survivors include her son Joseph (Colleen) of Avon Lake; grandson Rocky; father Elvin Dobbins; brothers David (Robin), Timothy, and Joseph (Denise). She was preceded in death by her mother Annalee Dobbins (nee Duelley). Celebration of Life will be at 2 PM Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626.
