Pamela Jean Brown, 70, of Elyria entered her eternal home surrounded by her family Wednesday November 27, 2013 after a long illness at Rae Ann Suburban Nursing Home in Westlake, OH,. She was a graduate of Somerset High School in Somerset, PA.. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Elyria, the Elyria Moose Lodge #778 and the V.F.W. Post 1079. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, William L. Brown; son, William A. (Janet Dec.) Brown of Huntingdon, England; daughters, Leanna Brown and Carolyn (Kenneth) McDowell both of Elyria; sisters, Sally Bickleman of York, PA. and Kathy Nedrow of Bellefonte, PA.; grandchildren, Madeline McDowell, Kenneth Brown, Damian Isdale and Tanya Isdale; great-grandchildren, Casey and Gage. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Mary (nee-Getty) Trent. The family will receive friends at the Grace Lutheran Church 9685 East River Rd., Elyria on Thursday December 5, 2013 from 12:00 noon until the time of services at 2:00 p.m.. Rev. Robert Weldon, pastor, will Officiate. Burial will be private.
