Norman L. "Stormin' Norman" Wohlever, 66, of North Ridgeville passed away Wednesday March 22, 2023 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a long illness. He was born December 16, 1956 in Cleveland and was a lifelong North Ridgeville resident. A 1975 graduate of North Ridgeville High School, Norm was employed by the City of North Ridgeville for 23 years, retiring from the service garage in 2021. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville, and prior to working for the city, he was employed at the former Buesher Hardware Store in North Ridgeville for 24 years. Survivors include his sister, Joyce Wohlever; aunts and uncles, Karen Kiser, Jerry Smith and Marty (Jean) Smith; father-in-law, Robert Sullinger; sisters-in-law, Doreen (Dan) Linden and Carol (Greg) Nagle. He was preceded in death by his wife Bobbie (nee-Sullinger) and his parents, Leo and Lois Wohlever. Family and friends will be received 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 29, 2023 at St. Peter Catholic Church 35777 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). The Rev.
