Noreen K. Phillips Parks (nee Malone), 66, of Elyria passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1952 in Elizabeth ,NJ. After graduating from High School she went on to Duke University and received her Bachelor's degree in accounting. Noreen was a life flight medic where she assisted at ground zero during the 9/11 attacks. She enjoyed stamping, crafts, cake decorating and loved cats. Survivors include her husband Robert; son Ryan Phillips of Lorain; sister Mary Naradelli; brothers Mike, Tom. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Noreen Malone.
