Noland Edward Inman, 87, of Elyria, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013, at home following a lengthy illness. He was born March 19, 1925, in Boardman, Michigan. Noland worked as a United Airlines Mechanic for 38 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Elyria. Noland enjoyed the outdoors camping , canoeing. as well as working on cars. Survivors include his wife Lois (nee Nicolia); daughter, Katherine (Jon) Hunsdorf of Crestline, Ohio; sons, Neal (Judy), of King, N.C., and Lloyd G. (Mary) of Henderson, Colorado; as well as 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Children. Noland was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Molly Inman; and a sister Eleanor Greenman. The family will receive friends Friday, March 1, 2013 from 11:00am till the time of the service at 1:00pm at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Associate Pastor, Craig Golden, of First Baptist Church in Elyria will officiate. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
