Nettie J. Beckett (nee: Quillen), 83 of Grafton passed away Tuesday December 13, 2016 at Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin. She was born April 17 , 1933 in Deane, Kentucky. Nettie enjoyed gardening , sewing , knitting , cooking and spending time with family. Survivors include her son Don (Judy nee: McKain) Beckett of Grafton; two grandchildren Jeffrey S. (Melissa nee: Feil) Beckett of Ann Arbor, MI, Victoria L. Beckett of Pittsburgh, PA.; sister Jettie Sergent of N. Ridgeville. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Lawrence M; son Clarence B. Beckett; parents Sealand and Elizabeth (nee: Bentley); sister Mabel Duncil; brothers Clarence, Russell, Herbert, and Vinyard. Family will receive friends Monday December 19, 2016 from 4 PM until time of service at 7PM at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
