Nancy J. "Nan" Landig (nee: Radican) 83, of Elyria, Ohio beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away unexpectedly Sunday March 5, 2017 at the Avon Cleveland Clinic. She was born March 19, 1933. She was in the first graduating class of Elyria Catholic High School and also attended the University of Dayton. Nancy completed her nursing degree from Kent State University where she met her husband Ronald. Nan was a devoted parishioner of St. Jude Catholic Church in Elyria. She enjoyed wintering in Florida, summers in Marblehead, volunteering at Elyria Memorial Hospital, golfing, knitting, and cherished her time spent with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by her daughters Lisa Zane, Lauri Landig, Colleen Moore and son-in-law Robert Moore, and Cathleen Landig-Long. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren Cailynn Moore, Bryan Moore, Sean Moore, Erin Moore, Ian Long, and Emma Long. She is also survived by sister Patricia Ford and brother Henry Radican. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M. Landig, her parents Patrick and Virginia Radican and dearly beloved son-in-law, Thomas Long. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, March 13, 2017 at St. Jude Church, 590 Poplar St. Elyria, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. The Reverend Father Frank P. Kosem, Pastor will be the Celebrant. Private family burial will be held at Ridge Hill Cemetery in Amherst Township at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that those who wish, may make donations to St. Jude Church or to Helping Hands Food Pantry, 590 Poplar Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
