Nancy E. Conrad, (nee-Todd), 79, of Penfield Township passed away Sunday June 19, 2016 at UH Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born January 6, 1937 in Elyria and was a lifelong Penfield Township resident. Nancy worked as a paraprofessional for the Elyria City Schools for 23 years, retiring in 1994. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wellington, formerly served as a Keystone School Board member and was a school bus driver for Keystone. She was also co-owner of the Conrad Family Farm and was a proud volunteer with Well-Help. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Clarence "Clancy"; daughters, Judy (Mike) Hogan and Lisa Harris; sons, Rick (Sue), Dave (Laurie), Mike (Lois), and Russ (Angela); 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack and Dan Todd. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Todd. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday June 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church 512 Main St., Wellington. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. The Rev. Fr. David Trask, pastor, will be the Celebrant. Burial will be at Penfield Cemetery, Penfield Twp.
