Monty Campbell, 63, of Penfield Township passed away Wednesday August 2, 2017 at his home following a long illness. He was born May 12, 1954 in Campbells Creek, WV.. Monty retired from the Ford Motor Company in Brookpark after 34 years of service. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Kathy (nee-DePuy); daughter, Carrie Campbell; son, Corey (Rachel) Campbell; grandchildren, Cody and Chase Robison and Piper Campbell. The family will receive friends 4:00-7:00 p.m. Friday August 4, 2017 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Specialists 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria, where services will be at 6:30 p.m.. The Rev. Kathy Ketchum, pastor of Community of Faith United Church of Christ in Elyria will Officiate. Burial will be private.
