Minister Beverly Jane Worthy (nee Wright), 67, of Elyria went to be with the Lord Saturday, February 2, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born August 22, 1951 in Ripley, TN. Beverly enjoyed baking, reading, singing gospel music , loved to mentor others, great "Caregiver", she was also the Associate Pastor at River of Life Church. Beverly will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. She worked for the Cleveland Clinic (PSR), and Lorain Community Hospital. Survivors include her daughter Shondra (Corey) Ferrell of Delaware; sons James Shorts of Columbus, Kord (Dora) Gibbons of Chesapeake,VA.; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; mother Dorothy (nee Perkins); sisters Norma Wright, Linda ( Canon Bishop Wayne) Fitzpatrick, Gwendolyn (Nick) Lanier; brothers Ray (Debra), Dennis, Douglas (Helen), Dean (Dawyna), Dwight (Anita) . She was preceded in death by her father Roy Wright; brothers Michael, David.
