Mildred L. "Millie" Olic, (nee- Greenough), 96, of Elyria passed away Tuesday March 6, 2018 at the Elyria Wesleyan Village following a brief illness. She was born April 16, 1921 in Cleveland and was an Elyria/Grafton resident for most of her life. In her younger years, Millie raised parakeet birds, taught ceramics and enjoyed square dancing. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth (Judy) Olic and Frank (Deb) Olic; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1983, son, Dennis in 2011 and 1 sister. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. The Rev. Chuck Behrens will Officiate. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
