Mildred A. Karpinski August 30, 1921-December 25, 2021 Mildred "Millie" Karpinski, 97 years young, passed away Christmas morning, December 25, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred in 1992. She is survived by her two sons, Curt (Becky) Karpinski of LaGrange and Craig (Jane) Karpinski of Avon Lake, 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Millie was a veteran of W.W. II serving as a Navy Wave, for the duration, was past Commander of the Grafton V.F.W. Post 3341 and also involved with LaGrange Veteran's Memorial. She was an active member of Grafton Trinity Lutheran Church and then Grace Lutheran Church in Elyria. An avid bowler, Millie bowled in various Wednesday morning leagues for over 60 years, participating into her early 90's. In her later life she also enjoyed traveling, painting and leaded glass artwork. Please join Millie's family and friends at her Celebration of Life at the Grafton V.F.W.
