Melinda K. Beach, (nee-Trent), 60, of Elyria entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 following a long illness. She was born in Elyria on February 28, 1961 to Lane and Alice K. (nee-Vint) Trent. Melinda enjoyed reading, watching cooking shows, short trips to Amish Country, shopping and spending time with her family, granddaughter, and her fur babies. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, James "Bodie" Beach; sons, Robert (Stephanie) Trent and Justin Beach, both of Elyria; brother, Michael (Kerry) Trent of Amherst; sisters, Rebecca Trent and Cynthia "Renee" Trent, both of Elyria; granddaughter, Kaylee Trent of Elyria and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lane and Alice Trent, and mother-in-law, Evelyn Petterson. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be announced at a later date.
