Matthew D. Turner, 26, of Grafton passed away unexpectedly on Monday October 10, 2016. He was born September 23, 1990 in Elyria and was an Elyria resident for most of his life. Matt worked in landscaping and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed cooking on the grill and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his daughter, Lucille; mother, Michelle (Don) Tallman; father, Dan Turner; brother, Luke (Beth) Turner; niece, Lauren; paternal grandmother, Catherine Turner. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George Turner and Don and Gayle Bago. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be on Saturday October 15, 2016 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post 717, 8820 Bender Rd., North Ridgeville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to an educational fund for Matt's daughter, Lucy at any FirstMerit Bank branch.
