Mary E. "Beth" Thrasher-Trisch, (nee-Jarven), 60, of Boerne, TX., passed away Thursday June 27, 2019 at the Methodist Transplant Hospital in San Antonio, TX. Following a brief illness. She was born November 13, 1958 in Elyria and lived in Lorain County for most of her life until moving to Boerne in 2012. Beth retired in 2012 from Abbott Industries, where she worked as a medical equipment sales representative. She was a Keystone High School graduate as well as Lorain County Community College and Tiffin University. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and family, playing games, craft arts and horseback riding. Survivors include her husband of 8 years, Donald; sons, Michael and Brandon Thrasher; grandson, Chase Thrasher; mother, Rosemary Jarven; sisters, Linda Jarven and Ann Jarven and a brother, Dan Jarven. She was preceded in death by her father, Tony Jarven and a sister, Claudia Slisko. The family will receive friends Tuesday July 16, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Elyria. The Rev. Fr. John P. Seabold, pastor of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church will Officiate. Burial will be private.
