Mary M. Nowfel (nee: Hiser) 83, of Grafton passed away Sunday May 20, 2012 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain following a long illness. She was born March 1, 1929 in Alderson, WV. Survivors include two daughters; Nancy A. Johnson (Robert) of Grafton, Patrice A. Bergerson (Patrick) of Michigan City, IN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; Jeannie, Jennifer, Steven, Zachary, Dennis, Denise, Joseph, John and three great grandchildren; Kaylin, Daniella, Josh, and a brother; Charles Hiser of Caldwell, WV, and was an aunt and great aunt to many. Mary was preceded in death by her husband; Philip, her parents; Glen and Gladys (nee: Bennett) Hiser, a sister; Ann Lou Jones and a brother; Pat Hiser. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Friday May 25, 2012 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church 708 Erie St. Grafton, Ohio where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until time of mass. Rev. Fr. John P. Seabold, Pastor will be the Celebrant. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Grafton. Memorial contributions in Mary's memory can be sent to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church Building Fund.
