Mary K. Noonan (nee: Kiehm) 94, of Elyria Twp. passed away Thursday February 16, 2012 at Norwalk Memorial Home under the loving care of Stein Hospice. She was born July 15, 1917 in Mentor, OH. Mary was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She had served as secretary for the church PSR. Mary treasured spending time with her family. She was a former Girl Scout Leader; and had volunteered at The Wesleyan Village, The American Red Cross, and the voting booths. Mary was an avid bridge player. Survivors include four daughters; Mary Ann Law (Samuel) of Vermilion, Eileen N. Hurd of Colorado Springs, CO., Patty Roesch of Norwalk, Carol Volk (Richard) of Henrietta Twp., a son; Michael E. Noonan of Seattle, WA. Additional survivors include nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband; Edward F. whom she married July 15, 1940, a grandson; Jeffrey Steigner, her parents; Leo and Olivia (nee: Smith) Kiehm, two sisters; Delores Smith, Helen Walton Taylor, two brothers; Walter and Norman Kiehm.
