Mary Jane Ross, age 82, of Elyria, passed away on February 12, 2023 at Ames Hospice in Westlake. She was born on April 17, 1940 in Reedsville, PA. to parents Wilbur and Lorraine (nee: Tower) Hower. Mary worked at Mercy Hospital for many years. She enjoyed playing bingo and was known for her profound love for people and unconditional love for her family. Survivors include sons, Victor (Tina), Troy, Chris (Debbie); brothers, David (Peggy), Stan (Bonnie), Harry (Calean); grandchildren, Victor Ross Jr., Amber Burdette, Billie Jean Cool, Christopher Ross Jr., and 18 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 4th at 2pm at Midway Baptist Church 41812 Griswold Rd Elyria, OH 44035.  The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Dr. Coletta at St. John Medical Center in Westlake for the excellent care he provided their family during a difficult time.
