Mary Magdalene Felty (nee: Gonda) 95, of Elyria passed away Wednesday March 24, 2021 at Heartland of Twinsburg. She was born April 29, 1925 in Lorain. Mary was a 1943 Elyria High School graduate; she had worked as a clerk stenographer, and retired in 1989 from Alltel Communications as a Service Representative. Mary was a member of Community Heritage Assembly of God in Avon. Survivors include a daughter; Bonnie Gnuschke (Paul) of Macedonia, two step sons; Melvin Felty of Mansfield, Jeffrey Felty of Elyria, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband; Dale Felty Sr., a step son; Dale Felty Jr., her parents; Mike and Elizabeth (nee: Hegyi) Gonda, three sisters; Doris McManama, Jennie Daly, Elizabeth Roig, a brother; Joseph Gonda. There will be no visitation. Funeral services 11:00 AM Thursday April 1, 2021 at Christian Heritage Assembly of God 36465 Chester Rd. Avon, OH 44011. Pastor Jeffrey Phail will officiate.
