Martha Pearl Bishop (nee: Williams) 86, of Olmsted Falls passed away December 18, 2017 at ManorCare in North Olmsted following a long illness. She was born October 10, 1931 in Tuscumbia, AL. Martha enjoyed golfing with the Putter Puff League, Bogey Nights League at Brentwood Golf Course in Grafton. Survivors include two daughters; Jacqueline Soos (Gilbert) of Olmsted Twp., Wanette Bell of Olmsted Falls. additional survivors include two grandchildren; Laurie Foughty (Jeremiah), Christine Reeves (Christopher), a sister; Betty Byrd, a brother James Asa, and numerous extended relatives. Martha was preceded in death by her husband of over forty years; Earl Ray Bishop, her parents; James Houston and Anthem (nee: Lindsey) Williams, four sisters; Lenice, Louise, Lurlie, Ruby, and a brother; James David. A Celebration of Martha's Life will be at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) (440)322-4626 and will be announced at a later date.
