Marshall E. McIe, formerly of North Ridgeville, OH., passed away on his 62nd birthday, in North Carolina. He was born in Elyria, OH. On March 4, 1958, to the late Keith and Ruth (Tollett) McIe. Marshall enjoyed outdoor and survival activities, reading- especially Stephen King novels, Star Trek, and other nerd things like that, singing, whistling, and otherwise being embarrassing in public spaces, and also singing and playing instruments in a few different bands, but more than anything in the world, he LIVED for his family and loved spending time with them, as well as making them art projects and puzzles. He is dearly missed by his daughter Jennifer Zickefoose of N. Ridgeville; sons Darrel of N. Ridgeville and Kevin (Stephanie) of Elyria; step-daughter Melissa Young of Litchfield, KY.; grandchildren Levi and Grayson Bailey, Sadie Lender, and Alora McIe; brothers Doug (Lisa) and Tim (Deborah); and his ex-wife Darlene. He was also preceded in death by his sister Kathy Bibby.
