Mark Wesley Van Horn, 59, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 11 , 2019 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. He was born March 19 , 1960 in Sheffield Lake and was a graduate of Sheffield Lake High School. Mark worked as a Dietician for West Bay Nursing Home. He enjoyed Amateur radios, computer programming and working around the house. Survivors include his wife Darlene (nee Underwood); sons Alexander Robert of Elyria, Dylan Emmett (Emily) of Ontario, Canada; grandchild Lira; brother Arthur (Sharon) Van Horn of Findlay; father-in-law Robert Underwood Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents Lyle and Emma Van Horn (nee Gutosky); mother-in-law Shirley Underwood (nee Carter).
