Mark Andrew Runser, 55, of Elyria passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at his residence. He was born December 22, 1964 in Columbus and was a graduate of Elyria High School. Mark worked for Glass, Inc. as a metal fabricator. He was a member of the Elyria Elks. Mark enjoyed golfing, bowling, baseball, avid sports fan, he was good at everything he did, but most especially he loved his family and friends. Survivors include his wife of 31 years Kelly (nee Justin); daughter Chelsey Runser; son Travis Runser both of Elyria; mother Barbara Jane (nee Baldwin); brothers Dr. Gregory (Carol) of Hilliard, Rich (Kathy) of Elyria, Randy (Amy) of N. Ridgeville. He was preceded in death by his father Dr. Richard Runser. Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Elyria, where services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, July 8, 2020 (Social distancing guidelines will be observed in the funeral home).
