Dr. Mark Petricevic, 76, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake. He was born on March 15, 1947 to parents Michael and Anna (nee: Mladina) Petricevic in Schärding, Austria. Mark was employed at Fairview Hospital where he worked as a Director of Surgical Research for over 25 years. He married his wife, Judith (nee: Fassbender) on September 4, 1976. He was the chief gardener at the North Ridgeville Community Garden. He enjoyed reading science fiction in his spare time. Survivors include his wife; children, Carol and Steven Petricevic; sister, Bridget Welter. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Marija Babaja and Tonka Klobucar. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 12 Noon on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church 708 Erie Street  Grafton, OH 44044 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 Noon. The Reverend Father John P. Seabold, Pastor will be the Celebrant. A private burial will take place at St. Mary Cemetery in Grafton at a later date. Memorial contributions can be sent to the church.
