Marjorie Lucille Bruce (nee: Keiffer), 85, of Elyria, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, April 21, 2024. She was born on September 5, 1938 to parents Victor and Victoria (nee: Chmielewski) Keiffer. Marjorie was dedicated homemaker who enjoyed rollerskating, bingo, playing at the casino, and the Cleveland Indians. She was the loving wife of 54 years to Alfred; devoted mother to daughters, Cynthia (Arthur) Widdowson, Kimberly (Ken Kantor) Widdowson, Debbie (Ernie) Roush; and her son, Bob Beam. Additional survivors include her sister, Carolyn Hayes, Patricia Delzeith; brothers, Bill (Rosie), Ronnie, and Rick; several nieces and nephews, 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Linda Keiffer, who was the sister she never had. Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Diane Keiffer, Barbara Hand, Millie Ehrman, Mary Clark; and brother, Hank Keiffer. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Elyria Moose Lodge 555 Ternes Lane in Elyria. A private burial will be held at a later date.
