Marilyn Rae Thompson 70 , (formerly of Elyria), went home to be with the Lord January 1, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. She was a 1964 graduate of Elyria High School where she had been a majorette. She enjoyed reading the Bible . Marilyn is survived by her sister Barbara (Jim) Poland of Carmichael, CA.; brother Allan (Gloria)Thompson of Elyria, OH. She was preceded in death by her mother Neva Thompson (nee Stetson); father Raymond Thompson; sister Nancy "Leigh" Cramer; brothers Raymond Jr. and Dr. Richard.
