Marilyn Ann Broadwater (nee: Dunwiddie) 80, of Elyria passed away Tuesday September 4, 2018 at her home following a brief illness. She was born February 15, 1938 in Nanty-Glo, PA. Marilyn had worked seven years for Invacare as a seamstress, and had worked seventeen years for General Plug. She treasured spending time with her grandchildren, and enjoyed sewing and golf. Survivors include her husband of sixty one years; Ralph, two daughters; Robin Vanco (Jim) of Strongsville, Marlyn Bally (Carl) of Avon, a son; Barry Broadwater of Elyria. Additional survivors include six grandchildren, three siblings; Jane Manning, Ronald Dunwiddie LeNette Wilson. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; John and Agnes (nee: Hadley) Dunwiddie and eight siblings. Funeral services and burial were private at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon.
