Marie E."Betty" Sharp ( nee Rahm) 83 of Elyria passed away Friday September 12, 2014 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She was born June 9 , 1931 in Cleveland and was a 1949 graduate of John Marshall High School . Marie was a longtime Secretary for the Woman's Bowling Association. She worked for Air Rite Services as a Bookkeeper for many years. Survivors include her husband of 64 years Donald Sr. , sons Donald Jr. ( Joann) of Lakewood , and David (Barbara) of Wadsworth , 5 grandchildren , 8 great-grandchildren , sister Helen Eiborg of Elyria. Marie was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Marie ( nee Lewis) ,1 brother and 1 sister. Family will receive friends Saturday September 20, 2014 from 10 AM until time of Service at 11 AM at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
