Marian G. Dute (nee Gottwald), 87 of N. Olmsted formerly of Elyria passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 at St. John Westshore hospital in Westlake. She was born July 14, 1932 in Cleveland. Marian enjoyed cooking, flower gardening, sewing, spending time with family, also donated over 200 gallons of blood in her lifetime. She was hardworking , selfless, generous and very kind hearted. Survivors include her daughters Karen Deich of Wellington, FL., Rosanne Dute of Elyria; son Ray Dute of Elyria; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister Doris Hecock of Elyria; brother William "Bill" (Elaine) of Spencer, OH. She was preceded in death by her former husband Jerald; parents Emanuel C. and Ruth Gottwald (nee Roth); son-in-law Paul Deich; sister Jane Zayatz; brother Adelbert Gottwald.
