Mabel J. Enderby (nee: Gill) 78, of Elyria passed away at home on Saturday November 14, 2020. She was born September 3, 1942 in Clay County, West Virginia. Mabel had worked as an Instructional Aide with Elyria City Schools, and was a member of Elyria Baptist Church. She treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren, and enjoyed her animals, gardening, and travel. Survivors include her husband of fifty six years; Gary J., three daughters; Carri Jo McKay of Avon, Kelli Jean Pickett (Chad) of Colorado, Connie Jane Enderby of Sheffield Lake. Additional survivors include seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a brother; Jimmy Gill (Karen) of Granville, OH. The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Thursday November 19, 2020 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) Elyria (440)322-4626 where funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday November 20, 2020. Pastor Josh Hargeis will officiate.
