Dr. Luis Chavez, 86, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Kendal at Oberlin. He was born October 21 , 1931 in La Victoria, Venezuela. His greatest happiness was time spent with family and friends. He is survived by three sons; two daughters in law; two granddaughters; five siblings; two sisters in law and many nieces and nephews. He was loved and will be missed by family and friends on three Continents. His memorial service will be private.
