Lucille Anne Neffenger (nee: Lugas) 51, of Columbus (formerly of Elyria, OH) passed away unexpectedly at home on April 26, 2012. She was born July 26, 1960 in Elyria. Anne was a 1978 Elyria Catholic High School graduate. She had worked for a radio station as a manager of accounts receivables. Anne treasured spending time with her son, gardening, theatre, music and loved her cats. Survivors include her son; Alexander (Emily) of Sunbury, OH., three sisters Mary Ann Kershaw of Elyria, Susan Kachel (Raymond) of Amherst, Christina Davidson (Dennis) of Camden Twp., two brothers; Mark Lugas (Gayle) and Charles Lugas (Joyce) all of Elyria, former husband; Todd Neffenger of Columbus. She is also survived by several nephews, and best friend; Judy Ferguson of Columbus. Anne was preceded in death by her parents; John and Lucille (nee: Coen) Lugas. Funeral Mass 12:00 Noon Tuesday May 1, 2012 at St. Agnes Catholic Church 611 Lake Ave. Elyria, OH where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of mass. Rev. Fr. Albert Veigas, Pastor will be the Celebrant. Burial will be private at St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria.
