Lucas D. Meinke 2 1/2 months old of Elyria passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday December 10, 2015. He was born September 26, 2015 in Cleveland. Survivors include his parents; Bryan Meinke and Kayla Markus of Elyria, two sisters; Paige Meinke and Peyton Bradford both of Elyria, a brother; Nicholas Meinke of Elyria. Additional survivors include paternal grandparents; Todd Meinke of Elyria, Teresa (nee:Walker) Murphy (Patrick), maternal grandparents; Barbara Jelar (Joseph) of Wellington, Michael Burroughs (Pamela) of Rocky River. Lucas is also survived by numerous other family members. The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM Monday December 14, 2015 at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church 38550 Chestnut Ridge Rd. Elyria, OH 44035 where funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday December 15, 2015. Pastor Darrell Myers will officiate. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria.
