Louise A. Nagy, (nee-Csillag), 94, of Elyria passed away January 3, 2026 at the Wesleyan Village.

She was born February 9, 1931 in Lorain and was a lifelong area resident.

Louise was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church and enjoyed reading and playing bingo.

Survivors include her daughter, Deborah (Jeffery) LaVigne; son, Stephen (Melissa) Nagy; granddaughters, Danielle (Adam) Franczak, Lindsey Han, Abigail (Andy) Mark and great-grandchildren, Shelby Franczak, Lucas Franczak, Ethan Han and Claire Han.

She was preceded in death by her husband Steve in 2020 and a grandson, Kristopher LaVigne in 2004.

Friends will be received on Tuesday 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Elyria.

Services will be Wednesday January 14, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
