Louise M. Mihalek, (nee-Diehl), 86, of North Ridgeville passed away Thursday May 30, 2024 at her home. She was born July 12, 1937 in Lookout, WV.. She worked at Invacare for 30 plus years, retiring in 1996. Louise enjoyed cross-stitching, coloring, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends and her very well fed cats. Louise will be dearly missed by her family; step-son, Todd Mihalek; grandson, Rohn Whitman Jr. (Nicole Amend), granddaughters, Celeste (Brandon) Gaines and Jessica Whitman and great-grandchildren, Kassandra, Madline and Rowan Whitman and Kaitlyn and Cora Gaines, as well as her beloved cat Tommy. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank; children, Sandra Whitman, Floyd Lemons Jr. and Johnny Lemons and parents, Iverson and Frananna Diehl. The family will receive friends Thursday June 6, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
