Loretta A. Grohol (nee: Gardocki) 88, of North Ridgeville passed away Thursday September 29, 2011 at Center Ridge Health Campus in North Ridgeville following a long illness. She was born June 14, 1924 in Pittsburg, PA. Loretta was a member of St. Mary Church in Elyria. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and she liked to read. Survivors include a daughter; Jacqueline J. Dawson of Elyria, OH, five grandchildren; Michele Hardway and husband Jeff Hardway, Rick Dawson, Heather Moccabee, and Eric Dawson. Additional survivors include six great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren two sisters; Helen David, and two brothers; Anthony and Leo Dyczewsk all of Pittsburg, PA. Loretta was preceded in death by her husband of forty four years; George, and her parents; Joseph and Mary (nee: Konefal) Gardocki, and a sister, Josephine Allie. At this time, there will be no memorial or church services. A memorial service for Loretta will be announced at a later date.
