Lisa R. Taulbee, (nee-Harlow), 53, of Elyria passed away Wednesday September 11, 2019 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake following a long illness. She was born August 21, 1966 in Summersville, WV. And was an Elyria resident for most of her life. A 1986 Elyria High School graduate, Lisa enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and friends and was an avid sports fan. Survivors include her daughters, Melissa (Andy) Judy and Hannah Taulbee; son, Gavin Taulbee; grandchildren, Silas and Madalyn; parents, Bob and Dorothy Harlow; sister, Shawn Otteni; brothers, Jim Harlow and Charles Spurlock and companion, Steve Tuomala. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Spurlock. The family will receive friends Saturday September 21, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 12:30 p.m. at the Elyria Church of the Nazarene 1107 Clemens Ave., Elyria. Pastor George Gribben will Officiate. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve 300 East 185th St. Cleveland, OH. 44119.
