Lila R. Rader (nee Ade) 88 of Grafton passed away Thursday April 24, 2014 at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange after a long illness. She was born February 11,1926 in Nyack , N.Y. Lila worked for LaGrange Screw Products in LaGrange as a machine operator for 14 years until her retirement in 1991, prior to that she worked as a secretary at Spitzer Motors in Grafton for many years .She was a lifetime member of Harvest fellowship Church of the Nazarene . Lila enjoyed baking , playing the piano for Church ,reading the Bible , and spending time with her family especially the grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Penny (Terry) Miller of Grafton , Carolyn (Benny) Hale of Crossville, Tennessee, sons Larry (Pam) of Wellington, Donny (Michelle) of Valley City, 11 grandchildren , 16 great-grandchildren , 2 great-great children and sister-in-law Ruth Ade.. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years Don Edward, parents Irwin and Lydia (nee Schmidtke) , daughter Starr Lynn , great-grandson Kyler and her brother Bud. Family will receive friends 4-7PM Monday April 28, 2014 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626, where services will be held 10AM Tuesday April 29,2014. Pastor Max Wood of Harvest fellowship Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
