Laverne T. Seeley (nee Rumpler), 87, of N. Ridgeville passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Ames Family Hospice in Westlake. She was born July 26, 1931 in Lorain. Laverne enjoyed shopping, collecting bears , but mostly spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of 64 years Lawrence; daughter Gail Babcock of Elyria; sons John (Debbie) of Grafton, Glenn of Elyria; grandchildren Michael (Jennifer) Seeley, Stephanie (Rick) Nigro, Amanda Sword, Brian (Amy) Seeley, Kara Coleman, Kevin Seeley; 10 great grandchildren; sister Marlene Lowry of Lorain; brother Richard (Donna) Rumpler. Family will receive friends 1-4 PM Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
