Kim C. Kotora, 71, of Grafton passed away Wednesday August 3, 2022 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born March 10, 1951 in Cleveland and was an area resident for most of his life. Kim was employed by the Boilermaker's Local 744 as a Boilermaker, he also served in the Army National Guard. Survivors include his wife, Glenda "Cindy" (nee-Hupp); daughter, Tracy (Albert) Ramos; son, Kim A. (Crystal) Kotora; 4 grandchildren; sister, Karen Kotora-Reeder; brother, Kenneth (Jeannette) Kotora. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Eileen Kotora, both in 1997. The family will receive friends on Tuesday August 9, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Mr. Dwayne Davis, a close family friend will give a Eulogy at 6:30 p.m.. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice.
