Kerry Nash (nee Breakey) 40 of Elyria passed away Tuesday May 24, 2016 at her residence. She was born September 22, 1975 in Grand Rapids , Michigan and was a graduate of Grandville High School in Michigan. Kerry enjoyed watching Hockey , playing putt-putt and especially dogs. Survivors include her husband of 18 years Chad , father Hal Breakey , mother Paula , sister Wendy Breakey . She was preceded in death by her step-mom Sue Breakey. Family will receive friends 4PM - until time of service at 7 PM Thursday May 26, 2016 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
