Kent (Pete) E. Hahn passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 after a long battle with illness and COPD. Pete was born to Dale and June Hahn on August 13, 1956. He lived in Carlisle Township while growing up and graduated from Midview High School. He was a hard worker and loved his family dearly. Pete enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, and loved being with his grandkids. Survivors include his wife of 41 years Jillian (nee Barnie), sons Jason Hahn (Jamie Ball) of Avon Lake, Matthew Hahn of Elyria; daughter Nicole (Nikki) Scott (Tim); grandchildren Riley, Cole, Crew,. Max, Michael who loved their Peepaw and will greatly miss him; Pete also leaves his beloved dog Lola. She visited him often while he was ill. Other survivors are Pete's mother June Hahn of Elyria; brothers Mark (Helen) of Carlisle Township where Pete made his home, Todd (Michelle) of Lorain; sister Lori Haupt (Neil) of Elyria; many nieces, nephews and extended family who loved him dearly.Arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later date.
