Obituary

Kenneth E. "Ken" Hoff II, 75, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Danbury of Brunswick.

Ken proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from 1972 to 1978. Following his military service, he remained active in his community as a member of the VFW in Medina and Brunswick, as well as the Medina Moose Club.

He was happiest when spending time outdoors—whether camping in his motor home, traveling on new adventures, or working on projects around his home. Ken loved building things and enjoyed the satisfaction of working with his hands. He will be remembered for his hard-working spirit, his love of the outdoors, and his dedication to family, friends, and country.

Survivors include his daughters, Tricia Glauner, Tammy Cunningham, Melissa (Anthony) Towden; sons, Kenneth E. Hoff, III, Keith (Erin) Hoy; sisters, Barbara (Darrel) Nussbaum, Kathryn Barrett, Beverly Hoff; brother, Phillip Hoff; step brother, David Hoff,  numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Terri (nee: Smallwood) in 2020; parents, Kenneth (Bernadine) Hoff; brothers, Michael and Charles Hoff and step brother, Mark Hoff.

Full military honors will be provided by the U.S. Marine Corp at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 10175 Rawiga Rd. Rittman, OH 44270 on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:15 a.m. Please meet at the cemetery visitor center inside the main gate.
